Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products and the use of sustainable glass packaging, we do not accept returns of products once delivered.
We also do not offer refunds for products once the order has been confirmed or shipped. Order cancellation is not possible after confirmation or dispatch.
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If you receive a product damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide:
Photographs of the damaged product
Copy of the invoice

Our Customer Care Team will review your request and respond within 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays & National Holidays).
Depending on the case, we may:
Replace the damaged product, or
Refund the payment for the damaged item
All resolutions are provided at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
